The Wellbeing Revolution was established to reduce isolation and exclusion by re-shaping wellbeing classes, courses and events that are accessible to all, particularly people living with long term/musculoskeletal conditions and disabilities, and those who work with and support them.

It is so easy to overlook your own wellbeing when you work in the care sector. After working in the charity and care sector for 20 years, I know from personal experience how
lack of self care, stress, anxiety and fatigue lead to burn-out and can have huge negative effects on your quality of life and home and at work.

The Wellbeing Revolution focuses on tailor-made, person centred classes and programmes that aim to make wellbeing more accessible for the people who really need it but are often overlooked.

I can create tailor-made programmes for individuals, charities and organisations.  Each package will be able to fit with your special requirements and budget.

My wife joined the class and was feeling great every week.  One day I asked if I could sit in on the live class and that was me! I don’t have an illness like my wife, but I’m always tired but can’t get to sleep very well.  Mel has really helped me to know how to breathe and just relax.  It’s made a big difference.


Melanie is JUST BRILLIANT!
